Utilities Overview

Utility bills are sent out monthly.  Utility bills are due on the 15th of each month.  If the 15th falls on a Friday or weekend, payments will be due the next business day before 5:00 pm.  A 10% penalty per month is assessed on all unpaid accounts.

Meters are read monthly, so each bill is an actual read.

It is highly encouraged to install an irrigation meter if you are watering lawns, landscaping, or filling your pool.  See water billing rate page for more information.

You must have a final meter read done before you can close/finalize your account.

Delinquent bills will become an assessment in the month of September on your winter property tax bill.  Anything that was billed prior to July 1st that remains unpaid will transfer to the winter tax bill.  REMINDER:  this does not zero out your bill out.
